About

IMage of an elevator opening into another planetary level.

We work on private and publicly funded initiatives that advance through a phase-gate process.

Open Ended Assessment Engine (OEAE)

Assessing fact-based knowledge is a requirement for many compliance programs and a common element in a wide range of curricula and courses. The OEAE initiative seeks to modernize our approach to this type of assessment by utilizing NLP, AI and voice synthesis, presenting new interaction patterns that improve assessment accuracy.

Character Based Instruction (CBE)

Our earliest experiences with formal learning were driven by authentic relationships with our teachers. Although they may have been flawed, biased, and at times, misinformed we still learned and remembered their lessons. The CBE initiative seeks to determine whether an unsanitized teacher provides meaningful instruciton in an AI-centric world.

Learning Visualization and Analytics (LVA)

Visual portrayal of learning relies on graphs, and charts that were initially created for the purpose of describing objective outcomes in other industries. Learning data collection methods are often crude instruments that contain bias and amplify a wide range of environmental factors, degrading the data that was collected. The LVA initiative reimagines how we view, collect data and convey learning progress to educators.
